Break ups are a dreaded, yet common part of contemporary life some survey statistics show that roughly 33 percent of Americans have a break up every decade. Regardless, its frequently in no way lessens the extreme pain of actually living through one it is said that heart break is one of the most painful emotional experiences a person can go through.
Clearly, going through a break up is no small matter and there is no ‘quick and easy’ way to vanish the pain or ‘bluepill’ to swallow that will instantly remove the deep ache and pain you feel and make it alright. An important step is realizing that its not just you. You are not alone. There are countless others who are in the exact same place as you. Instead, look at this phase of your life as a learning experience, albeit an exceptionally tough and grueling one, and know that if you put your mind and will to work, you can overcome this break up & come out better for it. Join a support group, or go out of your way to make new friends and get to know your colleagues & neighbors. Don’t hide or shy away from people. Encircle yourself with your family and friends. Lastly, talk to others who have been in a similar position as you and see how their break up advice can be applied in your situation.
